Ewein's fully qualified team tap on their expertise and the findings of extensive research and development, to ensure that the Group's manufacturing process addresses all these factors to achieve product superiority.
The Group's subsidiary Tekun Asas Sdn Bhd.concentrates on this aspect of manufacturing for enclosures and finishing for audio, video, set-top box, KVM switches, computer, power management units, etc. Precision sheet metal also produces antenna outdoor units for satellite antenna, as well as metal brackets and finishing for audio, video, printer, photocopier and computer. Its other products include metal grille finishing for audio acoustic, metal shielding for radio frequency, for audio, video and computer, and aluminium formed containers for cosmetic items.
Designing and Fabrication of Moulds, Tools and Dies
Designing and fabrication meet specific manufacturing needs and give value-added assembly to the manufacturing process. The Group's dedicated team in the designing and research and development departments are constantly working on design features, specifications and other requirements to formulate value-added solutions for the customers' needs and to ensure that the most stringent demands of industrial manufacturing are met.
The Group's subsidiary Precision Press Ind. Sdn. Bhd. undertakes the designing and fabrication of precision moulds, tools and dies. Among the products they produce are progressive, robotic transfer and single precision press tools for audio, video, set-top box, networking, computer, printer, photocopier and all related precision sheet metal components
Precision Plastic Injection Moulding
Pastic injection moulding is a manufacturing technique employed in the production of components from both thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic materials in production. The Group's dedicated work-team ensures that the precision features of the moulds are designed to the most exact specifications to conform to the particular requirements of each intended product.
The Group's subsidiary, Kelpen Plastic Technology Sdn. Bhd., undertakes the manufacture of precision plastic moulded components and product finishing for audio, video, computer, networking, medical and all related precision plastic injection components.
