The Board of Directors of Ewein Berhad (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, save for Messrs. Saffie Bin Bakar and Looi Kok Loon, who are not seeking for re-election, and thus retired from the Company, the shareholders of the Company had at the Third Annual General Meeting ("AGM") duly held on 20 May 2009, approved all the resolutions as prescribed in the Notice of AGM dated 29 April 2009.
