Following the announcement made on 28 April 2009 on the Notice of Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of Ewein Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company had received notices from Messrs. Saffie Bin Bakar and Looi Kok Loon who has indicated that they do not seek for re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
